No, ComputerHelpSOS does not repair printers.

The max travel time to the customer is about one hour.

ComputerHelpSOS does not have a physical store. We can either come to your house or office, or we can connect remotely to you or we can pick up the device, fix it and return it to you.

Onsite: ComputerHelpSOS comes to your place.

Remotely: ComputerHelpSOS logs on to your computer and fixes the issue remotely.

Pickup: ComputerHelpSOS picks up the device and return it fixed.

Yes, ComputerHelpSOS has an Errors and Omissions Insurance.

1. Please call 7038691850 and we guide you establishing a one-time remote connection.
2. You click on “Remote Connection”
3. You click on “Start a New Session”
4. You type in your name
5. You click on the downloaded file called “ConnectWiseControlClient”
6. When it ask you to make change to your computer you select “Yes”
7. Then please call us at 7038691850.
8. Once the session is completed, we disconnect from you and delete the session.  You have your privacy back.  The connection logo in the lower right hand corner will disappear.

Remotely (Remote Tech Support) we charge $1.67 per minute. That is $33.40 for 20 minutes. Minimum 20 minutes. Charged by the minute after the initial 20 minutes

House and Office Visits (Onsite Tech Support):

In Alexandria we charge $110 per hour. Minimum one hour. Charged in half hour increments after the first hour.

Outside of Alexandria within 10 miles we charge $130 for the first and last hour. In between $110 per hour.

Outside of Alexandria between 11 and 60 miles we charge $150 for the first and last hour. In between $110 per hour.

ComputerHelpSOS provides only for pay services and no free services.

The best place, best price, expertise and selection would be the Micro Center on Nutley Street. It is about 20 minutes from Alexandria. You could install it yourself, let the Micro Center install it or let ComputerHelpSOS install it. There is a big difference between Windows 10 and Windows 11, so make sure it will run on whatever operating system you have. Running on Windows is not good enough any more.
