Remote Connect

1. Download the ConnectWise ScreenConnect app from the Google Play Store
2. Open the app
3. Enter the URL connectpro.me
4.  into the URL box connectpro.me
5. Enter the code that your support agent sent you in the “Join with a code” box
6. Grant any permissions required

Steps to connect to a iPhone phone using ConnectWise ScreenConnect: 

1. Download the ConnectWise Control app from the App Store
2. Open the app
3. Enter the URL connectpro.me  into the URL box Enter the code that your support agent sent you in the “Join with a code” box
4. Grant any permissions required

Connectwise / screenconnect mac

1. Goto https://www.connectpro.me
2. Enter the code
3. Click on “Download the app”
4. See below for the next steps

4. If the program asks you if you allow a permission change to manage the computer please press yes.
