We built BookingsApp365.com, a booking page that writes straight into the calendar you already use.
1. Customers pick a slot without creating an account – no password, no app to install.
2. Appointments appear in Microsoft 365, and availability is set per appointment type rather than one blanket set of hours.
3. Double booking is prevented by the database itself, so two people cannot take the same slot.
4. Customer contact details are encrypted before they are stored.
5. If an appointment is moved in Outlook, the customer is told automatically.
6. It runs on our own servers, so there is no per-seat charge and the booking data stays with the business.
