Availability of Services

Planned availability of tech support services is on a 24/7, 365 days a year basis, but ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as, but not limited to, telecommunications, payment processing or equipment failure, that may interfere with the delivery of service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY SPECIAL, GENERAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM NEGLIGENT OR CRIMINAL ACTS OF THIRD PARTIES, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR COMPUTER HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH THE DELIVERY OF TECH SUPPORT SERVICES BY ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ TECHNICIANS.

 IN NO EVENT SHALL ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RELATED TO THIRD PARTY RESOURCES SUGGESTED BY ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ TECHNICIANS IN THE DELIVERY OF TECH SUPPORT SERVICES.

ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATED. CUSTOMERS USE THIS SERVICE AT THEIR OWN RISK.

ComputerHelpSOS reserves the right to deny service to any customer, because of not appropriate behavior or because of a charge back history with ComputerHelpSOS.
