1. Per computer problem / estimate - Once you explained your problem we will quote you a binding estimate. (The minimum estimate is $35) Once agreed upon we remotely connect to you, you prepay and then we fix the computer issue.
2. Remote / Screensharing tech support costs $54 per hour.
3. Onsite tech support is charged at a rate of $79 per hour.
4. Pick up and fix my PC - tech support is charged at $65 per hour.
5. Server per incident support is charged at $200.
