Payments


Services will be rendered when payment is successfully received. Only cashed checks, cash and approved credit cards are considered payment. Paypal Echeck is considered payment received when the echeck process is completed and ComputerHelpsSOS is paid. Google CheckOut is considered payment when the credit card has been successfully charged.  A pending charge does not consider payment.

Estimates



Estimates from ComputerHelpSOS are binding, meaning we do not charge you more even if it takes several hours.

Availability of Services



Planned availability of tech support services is on a 24/7, 365 days a year basis, but ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as, but not limited to, telecommunications, payment processing or equipment failure, that may interfere with the delivery of service. Specific hours of operatons are posted under "Contact us"

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY



IN NO EVENT SHALL ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY SPECIAL, GENERAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM NEGLIGENT OR CRIMINAL ACTS OF THIRD PARTIES, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR COMPUTER HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH THE DELIVERY OF TECH SUPPORT SERVICES BY ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ TECHNICIANS.

 IN NO EVENT SHALL ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RELATED TO THIRD PARTY RESOURCES SUGGESTED BY ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ TECHNICIANS IN THE DELIVERY OF TECH SUPPORT SERVICES.

ComputerHelpSOS, Inc. ™ SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATED. CUSTOMERS USE THIS SERVICE AT THEIR OWN RISK.

ComputerHelpSOS reserves the right to deny service to any customer, because of not appropriate behavior or because of a charge back history with ComputerHelpSOS.

ComputerHelpSOS, Inc., Inc. ™ (provider of the Service) respects the privacy of its 100 Percent Satisfaction customers and agrees that all customer supplied Personal Information, including name, address, phone number, email address, credit card or other such information, shall be used by ComputerHelpSOS, Inc., Inc. ™ for the sole purpose of providing tech support services and for customer satisfaction associated with such services.
